Returns

The Stone Group offers a 1 year Return To Base (RTB) warranty on all goods sold. The Stone Group endeavours to return all components within 14 days, however in the case that they are returned to the manufacturer this may be extended. If we are unable to fix your goods, they will be replaced with the same or comparable products.

1. Please return goods within 14 days of issue with an RMA number.
2. Please make sure that all goods are packed securely.
3. Please label each part with RMA Number.
4. Any unauthorised/unidentified returns will be rejected.

1. Stone Invoice or Order Number.
2. Serial number of the parts.
3. Full fault description.
