We don't outsource our support so we can ensure that you receive a personalised service from our professional team of UK based Service Help Desk staff.

We will provide you with your own dedicated Service Manager who will specifically be available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have - should you feel you are not receiving an excellent service in your day-to-day dealings with any of our team.

With customer delight at the forefront of what we do, we've enhanced the co-ordination between our manufacturing and customer services team by putting a new Progress Co-ordination department in place.  This will ensure that our stated delivery time will be far more rigid, and you are less likely to be on the receiving end of delayed delivery times.

Our aim is to constantly improve the quality and range of services for you and to continue to develop the innovative range of true-value-for-money products.  We'll continue to keep in regular contact with you and should you have any additional areas in which we should seek to improve, please contact your account manager.
