What does the IIP standard mean?

What have we done to achieve it?

 

As an Investor in People we have developed the necessary effective strategies to improve the performance of the organisation through its people and staff, endeavouring to continually learn and develop in a way that superceeds all organisation objectives. We have demonstrated the impact of our investment in people on the overall performance of the organisation and thereby have taken effective action to continually improve the performance of the organisation through clear leadership, people management and staff development.
