We keep our ears open and listen – We make sure that your voice is heard and that it is carried through to the right people. We have Mental Health Ambassadors across the business to ensure that everyone has someone to talk to when life gets on top of them.
Giving everyone access to what they need – Whether you are joining Stone or feel like you are part of the furniture, we ensure that you have what you need to make you feel at home. This might look different across our functions but at the core everyone will get what they need to succeed.
Learning and sharing – With a dedicated E-Learning portal and face to face training we promote a continuous learning and development environment. This not only helps you grow but it helps Stone grow by learning what works and what doesn’t through honest and open feedback we can make sure we are hitting the mark with development.
We are off to a good start but there is always more to be done. The next steps are ensuring that all the great things we have in place are in place throughout Stone by introducing feedback surveys for the whole business and supporting our already fantastic managers with additional training. Like anything we do we want to invest the time to ensure we do it well. To continue to develop a growing diverse and inclusive workplace.
