Applying for a job is daunting when you don’t know what to expect. From first steps to the final interview, learn everything there is to know about Stone's hiring process, below we share with you the journey your application takes.

Step 1: Application

Search our current vacancies and find one that you want to apply for. Complete our short online application and your CV goes straight to our HR services team for review by the recruiting manager.

Step 2: Review

The recruiting manager will assess your application and CV and determines your suitability against the job criteria & person specification.

Step 3: Interview/Selection

An online or in person interview / assessment is scheduled depending on location and availability. This is your time to show case your personality and skillset, attitude and behaviours and be the best version of yourself. Our interviews involve competency-based questions

Step 4: Offer

If you are successful at interview stage you will receive a digital offer pack from Stone with required information and forms to complete before you start.

Step 5: Onboarding

All of our employees require a DBS check. This is emailed to you at the same time as your offer pack. We ensure that we are available for any questions that you may have before you start.

Step 6: Induction

Your first day you will meet your manager and members of the team. Within your first month you will be invited to a welcome lunch where you will meet other new starters across all sectors of the company, CEO and senior management. You will have the opportunity to discuss and provide feedback on how you have found your experience with Stone.
