We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our E-Commerce team.

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the website content and products, to help drive traffic to the website, assist with e-procurement customer set up, and assisting sales teams with onboarding and supporting external organisation customers, with the overall aim of increasing sales through the website.

 

To ensure an excellent customer experience online, including making sure the product information and categories are merchandised, the home page content and other pages are updated and continuously improved to meet business requirements.

 

To work with the Vendor Marketing team in getting the best value from supplier relationships by updating content according to the agreements.

 

Key tasks will involve:

 

               To onboard new and existing customers to the website and assist with e-procurement (Punchout) projects with new and existing customers.

               To liaise with the customer service team, and the purchasing and development teams to ensure the customers experience meets to Stone’s exacting standards, and recognise areas for improvement in processes, systems, and website updates

               To work with the Head of E-Commerce, to implement the digital marketing strategy and will use and develop their skills in PPC, SEO, social media, email, and affiliate marketing techniques.

               Basic maintenance, enhancement of existing products, and product upload to the E-Commerce website when required for bespoke products.

               Monitoring website traffic and ensuring the website content is search engine friendly, as well as driving traffic to the site using other digital marketing tactics.

               Maintaining product stock information and ensuring the specifications are accurate as far as possible and the stock and pricing is correct and updated frequently.

               Improve the website landing pages based on customer feedback, surveys, and testing to increase sales and leads.

               Suggest and implement promotion campaigns with a view to increasing sales and keeping the site topical.

               Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company policy.

               Establishing excellent relationships with external and internal customers.

               Communicate with customers as required by telephone, e-mail, live chat, social media, or letter.

               Maintain records of key data and accurate and up to date databases.

               Use own experience and day to day insights to suggest improvements and implement changes to ensure the continuous improvement of the websites and operations, and all other touchpoints.

               They will ensure processes are adhered to so that an efficient workflow is maintained, and sales opportunities are maximized, and that a high-quality service is offered to customers.

 

The suitable candidate will have experience of customer service via email, social media, face to face, and over the phone, of MS Office packages and maintaining company websites. 

 

It is also desired but not essential to have experience of E-commerce packages such as Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify etc, as well as  of Freshdesk, ZenDesk, or other customer service communication tools.

 

It would be advantageous to have an interest in computer technology.

Full training will be provided

 

Job details:

This is a full time position - 37 hours per week

The working days are Monday to Friday
