We are seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our Engineering team, covering the London and South East area, the work is predominantly in Sussex, Kent and Greater London with national coverage as required.

 

This would be ideal for someone living in the Crawley, Sevenoaks or Maidstone area.

 

We are looking for a field engineer to perform field service visits to our client base to repair failed equipment, to assist with installation and project work including ITAD decommissioning work and also, where required, to provide telephone support to customers.

 

Key tasks will involve:

· Complete all allocated work in any working day

· Ensure all service administration is complete

· Ensure allocated boot stock is maintained and locatable at all times

· Maintain a clean and tidy company vehicle

· Ensure all parts allocated for jobs are locatable

 

The suitable candidate will have previous experience of field service repair work in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Laptop/Desktop hardware break/fix technology.

 

It is also desired but not essential to have:

· CompTIA A+

· Lenovo RWST016

· CSCS/ECS Card

 

Full training will be provided

 

Job details

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week

The working days are Monday to Friday
