We are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team.

We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Director or Marketing in achieving departmental objectives and contributing to the smooth running of the department.

To assist with the marketing operations to promote our solutions to various customer segments.

 

Key tasks will involve:

 

·         Assist with all vendor marketing admin, specifically create invoices, supply Proof of Execution documents, sending and confirming information has been received by vendor. Also responding to any other queries and receiving confirmation of when funds will be paid.

·         Manage Marketing Inbox and forward leads or enquiries to relevant team on same day where possible

·         Assist in the planning and management of all internal and external events, including planning, organisation and execution, and work with sales to show the ROI per event.

·         Brief collateral requests into designers

·         Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of events and charity activities

  • Proofread and edit existing official marketing materials.
  • Research, order, track, distribute and inventory promotional items for giveaways and manage vendor relationships.
  • Post marketing content/social media
  • Create and prepare PowerPoint sales and client presentations in addition to preparing for internal/external company meetings and training sessions.

·         Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of events and charity activities

·         Show outstanding relationship management skills and improve group communication, with both internal and external stakeholders.

·         Provide general administration support for the marketing functions when required

 

 

The suitable candidate will have a good level of written and spoken English and a good standard of numeracy.  They will be highly organised and able to adhere to deadlines, be an excellent communicator (both written and spoken), have a positive attitude and administration experience.

It is also desired but not essential to have experience in a Marketing Assistant or Administrator role, of using Office 365; powerpoint and excel in particular and Content Management Systems (CMS).

 

 

Full training will be provided

 

Job details:

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week

The working days are Monday to Friday
