We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team for a 9-month maternity cover.

 

We are looking for someone to provide high quality administrative support to the sales teams and management. The consistency and accuracy of administrative tasks is vital for the business

 

Key tasks will involve:

 

  • Placing quotes/orders/RMA’s onto the system.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Positive approach to your role, your team and customers.
  • Deal with complaints/errors swiftly. Correct recording and escalation.
  • Attend departmental meetings and contribute to current issues.
  • Comply with Stone’s internal management systems and safety procedures.
  • Support Stone’s corporate social responsibility strategy.
  • To undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the reporting Manager.
     

The suitable candidate will have previous administration experience, use of Microsoft office, and have GCSE English and mathematics or equivalent qualifications. They will have experience of managing administration workload in a timely manner, and of handling excel reports with key information, with evidence of a high standard of spoken and written communication.

 

It is also desired but not essential to have experience using Microsoft Suite - word and PowerPoint and have an NVQ in business administration. With knowledge of the IT industry and experience of working with IT Hardware and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).

 

This is a fixed term contract for up to 9 months to cover maternity leave

 

Job details:

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week 

The working days are Monday to Friday
