Overview
Does your data center need increased storage, protection, flexibility, and performance for today's applications demands? HPE Compute SR 900 Series Gen11 Controller supports 24Gb/s SAS and PCIe 4.0 for increased performance while supporting advanced RAID levels with 8 GB flash-backed write cache (FBWC). This tri-mode (SAS/SATA/NVMe) controller operates in mixed mode which combines RAID and HBA operations simultaneously, giving you improved deployment flexibility. The HPE Compute SR932i-p Gen11 Controller provides the ability to support internally attached drives, allowing integration with existing hardware. This controller also features HPE SR Secure Encryption for data-at-rest using controller-based Encryption(CBE) for SAS, SATA and NVMe devices which improves reliability. The Gen11 features Hardware Root of Trust, and Security Protection Data Model (SPDM) support.
  • Standard PCI HH/HL and OCP NIC 3.0 form-factors
  • DMTF SPDM supports certificate-based authentication with HPE iLO6
  • Hardware Root of Trust (HWRoT) protects against malicious firmware
Powerful performance The HPE Compute SR Gen11 Controllers feature up to 46GB/s bi-directional throughput and up to 3.5 million IOPS. Achieve up to 12GB/s throughput and up to 850K IOPs via high-speed 144b DDR4 8GB cache with integrated cache protection. Enhanced security HPE Compute MR Gen11 Controllers are built with the silicon root of trust from HPE for firmware authentication and support for self-encrypting drives to help protect data at rest and prevent malware. Along with DMTF SPDM which supports certificate-based authentication with HPE iLO6. An embedded security platform can continuously and automatically protect infrastructure, operating systems, software platforms and workloads without signatures, significant performance trade-offs, or lock-in. Software supported HPE Compute SR Gen11 Controllers support all major OS's including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and VMware; full tool suite including command line interface, web-based management, and out-of-band management support.
